Based in Armitage, between Lichfield and Rugeley, we offer In-Person coaching in both a 1-2-1 and small group environment at our private facility, or at a location to suit you. Online and Hybrid options are also available, enabling flexibility to your schedule

Rehabilitation

We provide comprehensive support throughout all stages of the rehab process. Whether you are in the early, mid, or end-stage of your journey, we aim to ensure a smooth transition back into your sport or exercise routine. Utilise this period as an opportunity to enhance your physical abilities, returning better than ever.
Our services include pre- and post-surgery assistance to fast-track your recovery. We also offer modified training programs to keep you active during short-term injuries, preventing loss of fitness and strength. Available both In-Person and Online, or a blend of both, our program is suitable for all types of injuries, whether short- or long-term.
Strength & Conditioning

We offer bespoke strength and conditioning programmes crafted to align with your unique athletic and personal aspirations. Whether this is to enhance your performances out on the field/court, reduce your risk to injury or develop general strength and fitness qualities for everyday life, our programs are designed with your in mind.
Our In-Person sessions operate in either a Small Group (<3 individuals) or 1-2-1 setting, enabling for our coaching to mold to your needs. Our Online coaching allows for the flexibility to meet your schedule, whereas our Hybrid model enables you to receive the benefits of both via online programming and in-person check-ins. Our inclusive approach welcomes individuals of all ages and training experience, from juniors to adults, beginners to advanced.

Youth Athletic Development

Building foundational movement skills is crucial for youth athletes. Not only can we enhance physical capacities but also reduce injury risks, especially during periods of rapid growth. Our approach includes monitoring growth and maturation, ensuring a safe and effective training environment which is individually tailored to you.
Bi-weekly updates and check-ins are provided for parents, maintaining a collaborative approach to this process. Our services are available In-Person and cater to all ages up to 18 years old, ensuring a comprehensive and age-appropriate experience for each athlete.
